A blend of 85/15 Pinot Gris/Gewürztraminer, all from estate vineyard Les Puits Sec (The Dry well). The aromatic nose shows more Gewürztraminer with lovely notes of lychee, underripe guava, pear, and subtle ginger spice. More stone fruits and minerals on the taste. Fresh acidity rounded out by hint of sweetness on the lingering finish.
Delicious! And pretty label as well.

Oregon whites are giving me vibes in a yellow green filter. Here, a dank herbal floral thing of mosaic hops, crystalized marijuana, and jasmine perfume wafting around crisp granny smith, lemon, and grassy pilsner. So different and distinct and the way the sour wraps around the sides of my tongue makes this feel very whole.
