Blanc du Puits Sec Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Gris Blend

85/15 PG Gewurtz. Spicy white in a PG frame.

Really nice!! Very delicate, with just enough floral hint from the Gewurz.

More interesting than your standard Gris. Wet stone, apricots, rose petal.

A blend of 85/15 Pinot Gris/Gewürztraminer, all from estate vineyard Les Puits Sec (The Dry well). The aromatic nose shows more Gewürztraminer with lovely notes of lychee, underripe guava, pear, and subtle ginger spice. More stone fruits and minerals on the taste. Fresh acidity rounded out by hint of sweetness on the lingering finish.
Delicious! And pretty label as well.

Oregon whites are giving me vibes in a yellow green filter. Here, a dank herbal floral thing of mosaic hops, crystalized marijuana, and jasmine perfume wafting around crisp granny smith, lemon, and grassy pilsner. So different and distinct and the way the sour wraps around the sides of my tongue makes this feel very whole.

Really just delightful. Ripe tropical fruit with high acidity and minerality. Floral and balanced.

Fresh cut flowers and lime zest. Fun and tasty wine.

Citrus on the nose then good acidity. Not enough body to pair with salmon but terrific with steamed asparagus.
