Seven Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir

Feels fairly well developed at this point

Cherry, black raspberry, Loam. Heavier set than the other wines (Sandhi, DdLC). Wound up and tight. Needs time. @June's All Day, Austin TX

Smokey rose petal, cranberry and cedar chips. Big fan of this house. Great balance, acidity and verve.

Leather and tobacco on the nose with some dark fruit. It falls apart pretty quickly on the palate. Then it comes back after breathing for a bit.

This is starting to fire now, wish I had held on to more

Pleasant but moderate nose, cedar and trace of floral, good color. On tongue: well balanced earthy cedar, covered fruit does not dominate, astringent tannins with long linger. Very drinkable, really good.

Red berries laced with a hint of smoke and fresh acidity to keep it interesting. Asian spices sneak through along with a mineral component in the backend.

Smokey finish

Mycket trevlig och flörtig stil. Mogna jordgubbar, blyerts, lakrits i en väldigt fräsch sammansättning. Jättegod till maten men verkligen något man gärna sippade på efter som sällskapsvin.
