Seven Springs De Mûres Pinot Noir

Looks like a heavy rose, drinks closer to a red. Very limited skin contact to avoid smoke taint.

Serve with a very slight chill

Strawberry, potting soil, minerality? fuller bodied than expected, med + acid, med - tannin

A little lactic and sulfury on the nose, with a hint of dusty raspberries and black pepper.
On the palate there's dry cran-raspberry, some earthiness, tart acidity on the long finish.

Shops are selling this as a light red, but it’s a rosé. And it’s fantastic. No smoke taint here. $20. Proceed accordingly.

No nose to speak of.. maybe it was too chilled?

Lyndale liquor: not Rose, not Pinot but still great for all
