Wow. Haven't tried this since I tried it in the tasting room. Seven Springs La Source is the beast. Know why @rajatparrand chose this vineyard

Aromas of oxidized apple, baking spice and hay, with an intensely acidic mineral driven finish. Funky musty tropical tones...altogether compelling, start to finish!

Price seems excessive. Nice citrus start with good balance of acidity.

Honeycomb, honey, orange blossoms, and a hint of flint builds the bouquet. Bright and crisp on the front palate, cut lemon and cuts on the mid-palate with a hint of lemongrass. A hint of cardamon and cinnamon on the back, accompany by a steely, mineral quality. A tension between acid and salinity runs through the wine - beautiful!
