Only 150 cases produced - “La Forêt” means “The Forest.”

Quick runoff after pressing leads to a light amber / peach skin color that leads right to the bright and intense aromatics of peach, yellow pear, and baked golden apples. Upon tasting there’s an intense saline grab right in the middle of the tongue with good mineral characteristics. Low to medium, but the perfect amount, of acidity compliments stone fruit flavors. Good long finish.

An interesting and unique wine with medium aging potential!
