It has a wispy, delicate nose, with hints of white stone fruits and lemon. Palate presents as a Cali white in style, with almonds, white melon and brioche. Finishes with perfect weight and acidity. Light golden color. Like a sunset without clouds. Smells lemony and like nice soaps. Taste like pears. Perfectly ripe pears. And also fuller in the mouth. Creamy? It could be called creamy soda like.

Color of beautiful gold. Nose of roasted nuts, Sprite, ripe banana, citrus, grapefruit, and a tiny bit of spice. Taste of citrus, apple, grapefruit, ripe banana again, a touch of mineral, quite silky and a bit nuts flavor too. Tasty with a kick of spice, sweetness, acidity, and mineral in the aftertaste. Very enjoyable.
