On the nose the is raspberry, strawberry, green bell pepper, spice, reductive notes and earth.
On the palate the is strawberry, raspberry, sweet pepper, herbal notes, green bell pepper, spice and crushed gravel.
This wine is medium bodied with medium acidity and medium to medium + fine tannins that gives you a medium to long red fruit green bell pepper spice finish. Medium plus purple in color; strawberries, black cherries, and cola on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium tannins; tastes like tart cherries, raspberries, crushed gravel, and a hint of bell pepper with a long finish. I love this wine. Nellie likes it. We both think it paired really well with seared tuna.
