I'm not familiar with this wine/grapes (which have been shortly dried) so my comment is purely emotional: I could smell seaweeds and I found it very sapid too, overall not my favorite, but indeed very interesting

Collio Bianco blend of Friulano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. Deep golden color. Aromas of beeswax, white flowers, chalk, green apple and a slight bit of funk. Fully ripe green pear and apple on the palate along with notes of honey, raw almonds and sweet spices. Long and very mineral driven finish. Well balanced and very textural. (Skin contact fermentation?) Slightly oxidized and a bit reductive. Interesting.
