La Garenne Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay

Classic form. Not the most piercing Puligny out there but definitely nothing to sneeze at.

Sauzets more restrained style is slowly winning me over. #morrellstafeducation

Sauzet alongside Carillon and you will find Sauzet is the more quiet and delicate wine. I really like this.

Vanilla and apple pastry. Pretty and so morrish.

Citrus and tropical fruits, mineral tinge, slate and a hint of mint, rich and full bodied with good acidity
