Simply perfect. Long finish. Creamy/oaky wrap around a wonderful acidic front end. Just perfect.

Nice golden color, but not too much so. Heavy in the glass. Amazing complex, fruit forward nose. Notes of apricot, lemon, gravel and cardamom spice. Soft but fine acidity in the mouth with lots of fruit still powering a nice, long finish. 3rd of 3 btls acquired about 5 yrs ago via auction from a consignor known to have a cold cellar and great provenance. This was the best of the 3. Love the old ES foil. One of those great white burg experiences that only white burg can give.

More mineralilty than most Pulignies and showing tart lemon, yellow apple, honey and salinity. Perfect now.

It really is amazing when a white burgundy blows your mind like this one did the other night. Amazing balance, depth and elegance. 2009s are ready to go imo so if you have any definitely try some.

Outstanding, wasn't expecting it to be so fresh, would have called it 10/11, it's been a hit/miss with Sauzet of late, specifically in the GC's, but I think great storage has played a big part in this one.

Profound and electric, dense and linear, powerful and gorgeous Chardonnay. 2011 tightens up the edges on the baby fat of usual young and generous Puligny.
