An epic nose. Really broad honey, floral notes and a blast of gorgeous fruit with fine acidity and minerality hovering in the background. Lovely lush palate. Broad and looong. Very 2009 but enough minerality to carry it. Gorgeous. I would say wait, but this is Sauzet, so drink it before it turns
