Gorgeous. Yeasty, delicate, rich but spectacular. Also a terrific hidden structure. Juicy and very long.

Salinity, herbs like rosemary and thyme. Moderate minus acidity, pronounced minerality/medicinal characters on the palate and a slightly bitter finish.

Pronounced chalkiness on the palate! Beautiful nose of dried apricot, honey, burnt toast, medium - acidity and finish. Medium + intensity.

First time trying this single vineyard. Outstanding!

Solid. Lemon meringue, green apple on the riper side. Very pleasant.

Decent complexity and depth. Citrus and saline dominate. Structure was a little loose #ettienecalsac #champagne #france #chardonnay #ctbucklinwine
