Mar 24th, 2019It’s always a pleasure to explore a new Champagne house, and this was no exception. This bottle carries all the dynamism and precision that you desire in a Blanc de Blancs, without feeling unapproachable. Chalk and chiseled ice meet green apple froth and Chantilly cream.

Sentimental bias aside I truly love this wine and have dedicated my time as a sommelier to spreading the love for Etienne Calsac. Looking forward to watching this guy's promising ride as one of the greatest producers in the cote de blanc
