2015 base wine disgorged 2018. Well made blanc de blancs

Hay, honey, ripe apple, coconut (young) nose. Round creamy front palate (malolactic fermentation). Sharp acid structure giving way to fruit with the creamy backbone throughout. Fun champagne, true to its origin!
