Fresh, complex, and studded with fresh juicy strawberries (methinks this is from the 30% whole cluster--cabernet takes well to it), a dust storm of spice, and cabernet varietal character, I could drink this forever, but also want to see what happens in 10-20 years. All of demuth's wines were insane, and their cabernet was no exception.
