With Panang veggie curry and homemade tofu.
Pale ruby. Aromas of sweet meat jerky, deeply concentrated mushroom/broth, raspberry eau de vie. Sweet and gentle entry to the palate, with a very gentle tannin extract. Harmonious but maybe less impact than the 2013.

I really enjoyed this Pinot. It wasn’t a soft delicate fainting flower like you get from California nor was it an overpriced so complex you can’t even describe it wine from France. It was well muscled, well structured, good fruit and herbal mix flavors and a great expression of what Pinot could be in a different region. Just enough acid to keep it from being clean and sweet yet incredibly light on the tannins but still keeping the structure of a well muscled wine versus something that’s been doctored with too much wood.

This was quite good actually, youthful, fruity. One of the better reds I’ve gotten from Garagiste.

This is great. Raspberries for days on the nose and palate but good acidity cola flavor and a touch of funk.

Very surprising! Really good. Plum and raspberry aromas. Raspberry, and currant on the palate. Smooth finish. Excellent PQR for $17.
