Ok this is excellent oxidative white wine, and has all the qualities I love in great fino sherry. But then again I wonder when drinking why not just drink good fino?

Fresh on the palate ans sherry like in flavor without the bitterness from the flor of a Fino sherry. Tasted great the second evening matching the profile with a little more depth and freshness. #niepoort

Nov 23rd, 20152009. By far the most age worthy of the first few vintages of this wine. Saline, apple, yeasty, and broad on the palate. Just getting denser with age. Not yet losing the tension that keeps the wine feeling fresh.
