Calistoga Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

I think this was my last bottle. Maybe I’ll find one hiding from me. Anyway, this is still as impressive as all the others I’ve had. Doing well at 10 years but no need to hold for additional aging.

Only one more bottle of this beauty left. Tasting great tonight with Thai food.

Wow! Tasting great tonight with Indian food. I’m running low so I’m not sure how much longer I will be able to enjoy.

Still tasting great! Someday I’ll run out and that will be a sad day.

remarkable saline oyster liquor opens to boysenberry jam and a mint/hay thing, a little fire on the back side, prob due to abv, but inoffensive....not a daytime wine tho....subjugates the mind.

This bottle was back to my expectations. Enjoyed!

This bottle didn’t quite live up to my expectation. Hopefully this is just an off bottle.

I just pulled a case of this (one of many that I bought) from the top of the cellar and decided it was time to insert these into the lineup more often. Still holding up well.

At home enjoying with rack of lamb. Haven’t had one of these since earlier this year. Still as good as I remember. I bought several cases. Not sure how much is left. Not a sipping wine but great with food.
