Single parcel very old vine field blend, rocky volcanic cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. Black cherries tossed in volcanic ash, white pepper and smoked sea salt. 600ish bottles produced. #nospitting

Black fruits and sea salts, tannic, racy acid. The texture really fleshes out over time.

Lingonris, rosor, järn, saltlakris, rök och ett par drag med såväl svart- som grönpepparkvarnen.

Not quite big enough to hold up to my steak, but just the right amount of funky/fruit otherwise, pretty fucking pleased.

Wow, what a cool wine! Opened it 24 hours ago and it was reductive and a little weird. But, now it's just GOOD! Somewhat Pinot Noir-like, more Sonoma Coast than Burgundy, but then it has that Canary Island pepper and flint, drizzled over unripe cherry, pomegranate, tomato, roasted veggies, and herbs. Particularly great with the chicken, linguiça and kale Paella I just made. Get a bottle and Envínate!
