20 minutes decant... Fresh berry (cranberry, strawberry) nose enveloped with fresh (not baked) spices. Super fresh fruit on the palate, high acid, mellow tannins... perhaps need time to open up. Elegant like a burgundy, pretty fruits like a Beaujolais, best of both...

My first Envinate wine that I really like. While most of the other cuvées I’ve had tasted a bit one dimensional with good acidity, this had a lot more depth with different layers of red fruit, minerality and some savory salinity.
