Brilliantly fresh, juicy & with a slight funky twinkle.
Dark crunchy fruit (cherries, damson plums) but also fresh raspberries, a pinch of dried herbs and a smoky, slightly edgy, fresh minerality. Amazing purity, esp. after breathing a bit.
On the palate this is light footed with a crunchy, juicy light btannic frame filled with fresh fruit and a a bit of crushed rock & smoked roast. Great precision & nice depth. So juicy, so fresh.
Brilliant stuff, esp. with some food (grilled veggies!). Yum!!

Ribera Sacra region in Galicia. Mencia is grape. Beautiful florals, a bit of black pepper, rosemary and just ripe blueberries. Really pretty.
