Stinky. Barnyard, hay, SO2. Palate is more inviting. Intensely mineral, but very approachable without food. Decanted half an hour. I would call this orange before calling it white.

Medium cloudy yellow. Initial nose a bit “rubbery” but blows off. The volcanic soil/costal salinity overshadows the faint lemon/grapefruit, apple palate. Mildly oxidative. Fascinating, weird and exciting. Not a candidate for aging. Can’t really offer a score.

This wine never stops amazing me. Slightly oxidative with tropical fruits and a dash of minerality. As good as anything 5x the price.

Skin contact old vines Listan Blanco. Electric stuff. Clearly volcanic, a bit of smoke over citrus/tree fruit. Saline tang. Envinate. 🔥

Definitely had some of the savoury qualities I'd expect from an intentionally oxidised wine. Distinct salinity and citrus. A very fresh wine that stands up well to being paired with strong flavours. This was a very enjoyable wine.

Smoke and rock. Pours golden honey colored. Nose is off the charts wild and deep. Smoke with liquid rock. Palate is light compared to nose. Minerals, more rock, moderate acidity.

Golden copper. Roasted yaupon and dried mango and smoked seaweed. An apricot tea with equal fruit, acid, tannin.

Cool stuff, give it time in the decanter. Maybe the most sherry-like of their wines we’ve tried. Sort of like a refracted manzanilla in some ways. Tropical fruit, big creamy salinity, slightly oxidative, dank nose...good times.
