First sherry

Perfectly burnt brown sugar caramel nose. Slight saltiness, savory, raisins.

Yang Yang ! Toasted Bitter almonds, hazelnuts, caramels, bitter dark chocolate, cedar but also mineral salty and flowers. Border line brandy that will please bourbons and whiskies drinkers alike…. Complex and fascinating ! Served chill and make sure no one bothers you for a while … A treat for serious #gozones … If you happen to smoke premium cigars, this is next level!

Oranges, Toffee, Hazelnuts. A plate much lighter than you’d guess from the nose.
A glass of refined Nutella w/o the weight.

Not nearly as good as the first sherry, astringent. Improved after it had been open a month or two. Good for cocktails but not sipping by itself.

Quite dry with definite saline and nut flavors. Goes great with meats and cheese as it’s not at all overbearing, and enhances the tastes. Plus it’s great value.

Nutty and dry.

Beautiful notes of toasted hazelnut, slight meyer lemon, with a smooth finish. Dry with a bit of roundness and long finish.
