This Palo Cortado is delish.
Refined, polished, lots of lacquer, wood, secondary flavors. Oranges, nail polish,
a whirlwind of sensory delights.
20° I think and you’d never know, till later.

This bottle was particularly woody and dry, but still with that caramel depth. A little rancid but not too much.
