This is an excellent full body wine, hint of fruit and dry enough to make it a balanced wine, the way I prefer them. And it is organic...!!!

Dark cherry, white chocolate, pepper and spices, earth, wood with hints of rhubarb. Medium-bodied, soft, gentle tannins. Fresh (acid) end coupled with pinches of sucrosity. Simple and effective.

May 7th, 2019🇨🇱 Another Carmenere 🍇 from South America. This one is organic. Full body with flavours of citrus 🍊 and earth tones bringing a soft finish to the palate in terms of sweetness. I am having this one with pasta 🍝 as the tomato sauce is simmering. 14% ABV 🍷
