Tons of fruit notes...fall fruits, stone fruits and clementines rolled into a rich wine that keeps its balance due to mineral and acidity on the edges. This one is special

Nov 18th, 2013Rich golden in colour yet vinified to bone dry. Spicy apples, Mirabelle plums and a bit of pear. On the palate tightly wound around the core of juicy acidity with great depth & purity of fruit and ending with a mineral finish and a dash of salinity. This is quite unusual for a PG from Alsace but truly delicious.
Worked magic with a pan-fried skate in brown butter.

A full bodied white with a finish that lingers. Spiced apple notes.
