Ruby red. Smells kinda sweet, with lots o berry and cherry in there. Caramels and toffee too. Taste is pretty pedestrian. Flat cherry Coke meets berry sauce. Pretty much a ‘fruit soup’. Little acid. Little tannin. It’s cheap CA table wine being sold via the marketing of a label with a historical woman on it. Nothing less, nothing more.
