Medium lemon with aromas of stone fruits, spice, floral, cedar, biscuits and citrus. On the palate peach, pear & ripe apricot with lemon citrus zest, honeysuckle and nutty oaky notes, rich with creamy tones from sur lie aging. Smooth, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, integrated creamy oak and mineral character. Very Nice! Just love this Chard, a real bargain!!

Last white at Elyse Winery. Medium greenish yellow. Balanced nose with citrus, gravel and a bit of butter on the backend. Medium plus acidity (6.5/10) with medium minus bodied. Layered palate with a bit of malo showing through. Notes of straw, citrus rind, wet stones and white spices. Long finish. Drink till 2024.

Interesting blend made up of 86% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Blanc. Fruit is sourced from three vineyards in Sonoma County: Hi-Vista, Smith and York Creek Vineyards. Aged for 16 months sur lie in 30% new French oak barrels.

A blend of 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Blanc (a return to very old Burgundian style where a small amount of Pinot Blanc was added to Chardonnay), a blending practice Elyse started in 2013. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of biscuit, blossom and cedar, sur lie aged for 16 months on 33% new French oak. On the palate crisp flavors of apple, pear and creamy lemon curd, lively acidity, well balanced, great mouthfeel. Medium+ finish with ending with a slight toasty nutty caramel and mineral character. Very nice! Tasting Sample.

Sourced from Petaluma and southern Dry Creek. 11% Pinot Blanc adds a bright melon note. Exceedingly dry and tasty.

Middle of the road! Elegance in that this wine is not overstated. Does not try to be anything it is not. It is not over oaked, it's just right. Traditional fruit comes through and is well backed up. But at the end of the day, this is a wine you will forget. Thankfully the QPR is good. Still a nice showing from Elyse.

Not a bad drop! Great nose; peachy with bit of pineapple. Oak was subtle and very well integrated. Finished long and strong. This chardy exceeded expectations.
