Pale lemon color with aromas of green stone fruits and citrus notes. Barrel fermented in French oak (50% new) for 14 months with full malolactic fermentation. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lime citrus, lively acidity with a creamy mouthfeel texture. Good balance, medium length ending with a fruit and honey character. Good value.

Soft honey apples and rocks. Caught me off guard with its acidity - was thoroughly convinced the accidentally put the Chardonnay label on their Savblanc. Still delish tho.
