Sweet yet completely dry grape cough syrup. A fresh medicinal/herbal quality in a good way that lasts. Silky smooth. 13%abv

Bing cherry and tart in its very edges as you taste the cherry cola and root beer.

One of the better Dolcettos out there. Very serious winemaking, good food companion. The tannins were harsh a few years ago but have toned it down now.

Gott redan nu men troligen ännu trevligare om två–tre år. Otroligt mineraliskt

Djup doft av röda frukter, jord och viol. Stor rund smak av körsbär och plommon. Granit och tanniner. Så jävla gott!
