2 hour decant(very little sediment). A medium dark magenta color with some browning. On the nose: A sweet perfumed nose with tart cherry, floral, crushed rocks. Taste: Red berries, floral notes, mocha, minerals, with a dry smokey cherry finish. A soft medium body wine with soft tannins that could use a few more years to fully resolve...still drinking well on this rainy Saturday night!

A birthday gift for my husband that can now be experienced. Tart cherry floral and wet rocks on the nose with lingering scents of cedar and perfume. Medium magenta-purple with some browning in color. Taste — Red berry mineral, floral rose notes and cedar fill the mouth sitting in the middle of the tongue and a mocha sweet flavor on the tip. It has a medium, smokey dry finish and tannins are present, but drinks silky and smooth. Could also use a few more years in the cellar. Enjoying these flavors as they unfold.
