Summer sipping. Nice citrus fruit, wish it lingered a bit longer on the finish, but who’s complaining on a hot July day with a pretty Chablis. 💓

Pop and pour. Undoubtedly the best btl of the bunch. Rich in style for Chablis with a nose showing sweet apple, lemon, lemon oil, hazelnut, but loads of nice minerality. On the palate: lovely acidity; dense and oily with loads of stony minerality, lemon and soft herbs. Very nice, and perhaps I just didn't wait enough on any of my previous btls.

Notes of apple. A bit of citrus. Nice minerality. Paired this with some soft cheese.

Notes from day 2 open. On the nose: lemon, wet stone, but deeper pitched with some marzipan and almost a leesy quality. On the palate: good acidity, wet stone, lemon peel, a touch of salt and lime..thins out a bit on the finish, which is a touch oily. Not bad.
