This Oloroso is amazingly complex. Burnt sugar, figs, dried citrus. Gorgeous! Love it!

I need to try more Jerez. This has bits and pieces of things I love. Aromas of American oak and burnt sugar (think bourbon), a little funk, and nice acidity.
