Beautiful notes of high-pitched citrus fruits combined with white melons on the nose. Sexy presentation on the palate. Laser-focused acidity provides the energy, along with white-fleshed exotic fruits (lychees). Outstanding, and relative to price, this is a major buy.

91° at 8pm calls for (really, really good) Sauvignon Blanc. Has a somewhat NZ flavor profile, but on steroids... a larger than usual frame of white peach, lime, gooseberry, and flint, with a touch hay... props to @Kathleen Ward for helping notice the hay.
