You can tell the dry apricot, a little Eastern spices and not much more...hints of this and that maybe, but not focused
Mouth is Better without being exceptional ; good balance between acid, sweet and mineral, but lacking the wow component. It lingers pretty long, but it tells you only just a bit more than one story.
Expectations were very high here🤷🏻‍♂️. Still not to throw down the sink at all

This is exhilarating stuff. Bright lime, rocks and a sizzling fresh drive. A touch of sweet. Absolutely delicious, precise and balanced. With perfect fois gras, a match made in heaven. This wine is a focused, intense, reduced and powerful ride. Years ahead.

When you luck upon the last bottle already far underpriced and prior to taking advantage of the Canadian dollar to USD exchange. Thank you Vancouver! Rich, refreshing, and elegant. AP#15 & 8% alcohol.
