Jan 14th, 2022This is wild. Incredibly deep fruit with a beautifully bracing acidity. Pure fruit with all kinds of succulent detail- yellow flowers, peaches, slate, salt and white pepper. Big fruit but above all a searing intensity matched with a similar acidic structure. This has soaring flavor. We’ve had some great wines tonight but this stands on the shoulders of others- what an incredible intensity of flavor and sooo lifted. Exceptional.
