Medium full palate is led by juicy medium acidity and yields ripe quince, white pepper, and dried apple with hints of birch and oxidation (in a good way) on the moderate finish. Excellent entry into white Burgundy from a top negociant. A a natural pair for seafood, poultry, or cream sauces. Drink now through 2024.
