Pale gold. Aromas of dried lemon, beeswax and jasmine, with a hint of fennel emerging with air. Chewy and dry in the mouth, showing very good depth and heft to its nicely concentrated citrus/orchard fruit flavors. Lingers with very good persistence, leaving notes of tangerine, pear skin and dusty minerals behind. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, April 2019)

Pretty simple. Golden delicious, lime and a slightly mineral finish. Feels heavily acidified. Expected better.

We really liked this guy. First time trying this variety and region. Excelled in Salinity and minerality. Also could taste the alcohol that’s because it lacked any fruity mess sweetness or sugar at all. Which is typically what I’m after in a red but not so much in a white 8-5 to a 9 on rating so still like and could have this again but would wait a couple years to know for sure. Scent of lime, fennel, bell peppers, taste of salt, lemon/lime, sparkling water. Even tho this is a bubble less wine

Lemon curd, pear and bitter melon. Medium bodied, crisp acidity, quite dry with a slightly saline mineral finish. Goes quite well with seafood. The bitter melon flavors clashed with a kale and radicchio salad. Nice wine and a good value.
