This is the Cabernet Sauvignon. Quite farmy on the nose, fresh manure. The palate is concentrated and fruity with ripe raspberry and a note of dark chocolate. Palate is not as funky as the nose would suggest. I’m pretty impressed with this natural bottling at this price point.

Hella smooth, but to paraphrase Jon Bonné, we ain't drinking razor blades! 60% CS, 30% Merlot, 10% Mourvèdre is a winning formula, especially #natty!

Well wtf I don't drink cabs min 10 years. This is one of those all natural wines very nice. I liked it. I'm shocked.

Don't let the green pepper scare you away. Willing to try more from this area.
