Dried white flower & lemon with butterscotched overtones. Every time I thought it was past it, another swirl and acid / structure still sings.

This wine shows clarity and precision, with lovely fruit and acid structure. The remainder of the bottle, tasted the next day, was even better, showing that the wine needs air or 5 more years to show its best.
