Medium lemon with aromas of stone fruits, spice, floral and citrus adding some lees notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear & apricot with lemon citrus zest, honeysuckle and nutty notes. Smooth, long creamy finish, well balanced with lively acidity, ending with fruit and wet stone mineral character. Nice! Drink now! Pair this with a baked lobster with a lemon-butter drizzle.

May 26th, 2023This is a cool bottle. Ripe pineapples and some roasted nuts like cashews. The butteriness brings that home. I exclaimed that it had a sunscreen flavor but then @Jillian Varner reminded me that it’s coconut. I confuse those two.

Had to take a bottle with us.
New French oak got me hook, line and sinker.
