The standard P/X/M blend with PinotNoir and Chardonnay produced in the traditional method. On par with some grower Champagnes at a lesser price-point. Lovely and fruitful as a Cava should be but with a creaminess and yeastiness more akin to Champagne. Great value.

Classic Caba. Lovely for a hot day. Perfect porch pounder! Good crisp acidity and not to sweet. Nice bright green fruit. Hint of Granny Smith Apple and rhubarb. Nice.

Nice appy or starter bubbles. Or summer patio wine. A touch sweet for me but was very well-liked. I tasted a lot of pome fruit. Will add to the list for entertaining.

Odd nose, new diaper to my nose. lots of bubbles/effervescent, some raspberry. Tasty, but unusual.
