Who ever said '11 was a bad vintage? Eucalyptus and red peppercorns, delicate for how young it is.

Previous notes apply but more cherry fruit than black fruit this time. Let it breath for 2 hours. Funk lifted both times.

A bit more tertiary on the nose and palate than I would have guessed. Not a negative, but have had older cabs with less evidence of age.
Nose is leather, uncut cigar and black fruit. On the mouth the fruit changed from cherry to plum over three hours with spicy wood and earthiness.
Really enjoy this. Picking up some 11s as I’m hearing more and more it wasn’t the bad year advertised.

I was expecting more. Good but was really hoping for great.

Well @Eric Shanks this is what I'm doing... It's valley fruit, not mountain, but still a fresh plump baby.
