Heritage Vines Sonoma County Zinfandel

Raspberry preserves, black cherry, currant, dark chocolate, vanilla, baking spice and oak. Full-bodied and good soft tannins.

Traditional style Sonoma County Zin: dark ruby in color not opaque sporting some nice red fruit, vanilla, brambly spice and some herbaceous green edges. Not opulent - sort of a working man’s nose: lighter style on palate, there is a sweet spot of fruit, but very light extraction & concentration. Acidity a bit spritzy leading to uneven finish. Decent effort & maybe my bottle was off a bit, but not bad for $15

Very nice zin

Young for this wine but I prefer this style of zin rather than the bigger, jammy one. Black fruit with a savory tinge and a hint of a medicInal bing cherry at the end. Medium finish

Really enjoyable, not super fruity, great aroma.

Smooth finish. Notes of strawberry

Spicy at first but mellows out. Now one flavor dominates. Nicely balanced.

It's still a good value zin, but I found it a little simple and fruity this go around. 90 pts spectator
