Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Dry Creek Vineyard, with more more than 50 years of history and tradition in Dry Creek Valley, is one of Northern California’s most consistent and excellent producers of Sauvignon Blanc. This is the unmasked version, and there is a slightly richer, very lightly packed version called FumêBlanc. Grapefruit, lemon, peach, tangerine, apple and lemongrass. Great acidity and minerality.

Grapefruit, lemon, peach, apple, tangerine and hints of melon. Electric acidity and light-bodied.

Pineapple nose; the wine is too acidic. I can't stop drooling and not in a good way. 😪

Crisp, dry wine. It has a nice acidic taste and is pretty fruity- it smells like pear and grapefruit.

From one of the pioneers of Sauvignon in California this is a real classic - bright herbal notes without the bitterness of the New Zealand style. Lots of passion fruit offsets the herbaceous quality, crisp and easy drinking but marred by high alcohol.

Tart apple, bold grapefruit, lemon curd, slate and hints of apricot. Great acidity and minerality.
