Very balanced Chardonnay. Apple, a hint of tropical fruit. The 85% Malolactic Germantown seems to be spot on, not a butterball like many Cali Chards.

I haven't been drinking much Chardonnay lately, but I quite enjoyed this one from Dry Creek. Nicely balanced, and a bit more crisp than some of the Napa Chardonnays I've had recently.
