Nose is nice. Mineral and spice. Some berry notes. Nice mouthfeel and elegant mousse. Creamy and ripe. Good mineral cut on the finish.

Second rosé of the evening. Bubbly with deep color, bright fruit and dry as a bone.

It was a Saturday night and we had both the kids down by 7pm so why not open a bottle of champagne right?!

This bottle of Drappier Rosé Nature Pinot Noir Zero Dosage we bought as part of our Emperor Champagne Club monthly subscription.

In the glass it’s a pinky red sunset shade.
Crunchy apple, freshly baked baguette and delicious red cherry and raspberry notes come through on the nose. As expected it’s nice and dry on the palate and is dominate by those red berry fruits. Definitely a great palate cleanser.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
