Aromatics like a lotus leaf and sweet fur, the musk of spring and fresh rapids.
Bursting with fruit and acidity. Almost like a Chardonnay but zippier, less rounded.
Intense flavor and a full mouthfeel of citrus, grapefruit, peaches, nectarines.
Really great Sauvignon Blanc.

Maybe the best Sauvignon Blanc I’ve had outside of Loire. Santa Ynez valley, nice acidity as expected but layers of fruit, grass, minerals, beeswax. Excellent.
