Just the right age. Starting to turn orange but still golden in color. One more year and it would be spoiled. But perfect for drinking now. No decant necessary. Honeyed flavors with a nice crisp acidic finish. Lovely right now.

Drinking great! Could age for god knows how long! Soft apricots, honey lemon and wet gas nose. Citrus apple and honeycomb palate. Reminiscent of a breakfast cereal!
