Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Auslese

This is such a classic even in its youth - lemon, lime, wet stone, apple, apricot, peach, a lovely sense of clove spice, abut of smoke, saffron and the beginnings of tertiary dried apricots notes. The sweetness is offset by plenty of acidity, yielding a wine with excellent balance and a very long finish. Outstanding quality, long life ahead.

Still has incredible balance and structure. Beautiful wine.
